Sample Submission Guidelines & Requirement
To ensure optimal DNA extraction and accurate genotyping, all incoming physical shipments must strictly adhere to the following checklist:
- Purity Requirement: Samples derived from wild strains must be grown out from a single isolated frond prior to shipping. This prevents mixed-species or mixed-clone sequencing errors.
- Packing Material: Fronds must be shipped wrapped gently in a damp paper towel.
- Biosecurity & Permits: All shipments must comply with local, state, and federal agricultural transit regulations. Detailed packaging instructions and address labels will be provided upon order confirmation.
