Ordering Information
- Browse the Repository: Visit our Database Page to search our collection which has information available on taxonomy, source location, status, and other notes (if available). Use the specific RDSC Serial Numbers and Identification numbers for the order.
- Submit Your Request: Use the Request Form on our website to place an order.
- Invoice & Invoice Fulfillment: You will receive an emailed invoice calculated with your final carrier fees within 24 hours of your request being sent.
- Order Fulfillment Timeline: Clones are cultivated and prepped immediately upon receipt of full payment. It typically takes about 2 weeks between starting an order and shipping, but this timeline may change depending on the specific strain requested and its status.
- Overnight Delivery: Your living samples are securely packed and dispatched via overnight delivery directly to your facility. Local pickup also available upon request.

Timelines & Processing Expectations
- Format: Each individual clone is supplied on a solid medium base inside a 60 mm Petri dish.
- Quantity: You will receive a healthy colony consisting of 10 to 20 living fronds.
- Culture Medium: Clones are stabilized under sterile, axenic conditions on a substrate of 0.5x Schenk and Hildebrandt (SH) salts, 0.5% sucrose, and 0.8% agar adjusted to pH 6.0.

- Standard Fulfillment Window: Expect delivery 2 to 3 weeks following full payment confirmation. Exact delivery windows fluctuate based on order volume and the specific biological growth rates or health of your requested clones at the time of ordering.
